It is not a binding offer, price commitment, technical approval, certification statement, stock confirmation, or delivery promise. Product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and market requirements may change and must be verified for each order.
3. Quotations and Orders
Pricing, currency, validity, quantity, specifications, certifications, Incoterms, destination, taxes, payment terms, production timing, shipping, insurance, and other commercial conditions apply only when stated in the relevant dated quotation, PI, or sales contract and accepted by the authorized parties. Submitting an RFQ does not create an order or obligation to supply.
4. Payment Security
The website does not accept payment. Buyers should verify beneficiary details and any requested change to payment instructions through a previously established company contact before transferring funds. Email or website content alone should not be treated as authorization for a payment change.
5. Delivery and Risk
Production estimates, shipment dates, transfer of risk, title, freight, customs responsibilities, and cargo insurance are governed only by the applicable commercial documents and the stated Incoterms rule, where used. Website estimates are non-binding and may be affected by order approval, materials, inspection, carrier capacity, customs, and events outside reasonable control.
6. Quality, Inspection, and Warranty
Applicable testing, inspection, acceptance criteria, certificates, product warranty, performance warranty, exclusions, and claims procedure depend on the confirmed product and order documents. No warranty term is created or extended by a general statement on this website. Third-party inspection is subject to prior written agreement on scope, timing, access, and cost.
7. Claims and Returns
Claims, returns, remedies, evidence requirements, and notification periods are governed by the relevant sales contract and warranty documents. Buyers should inspect deliveries and notify the named commercial contact promptly after discovering a possible issue.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to JUST SOLAR GROUP LIMITED. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Availability and Liability
